Christmas 2009 edition

The VanDyke's had a Christmas Party the week before Christmas so everyone could be there. It was a lot of fun. We started off with dinner and if you know the VanDykes then you can imagine how wonderfully delicious it was. Then we took a few family pictures. Below are pictures of our little family and then Grandma & pa VanDyke with the littles.

Then a big surprise - Santa Came!

Abbie was fasinated with Santa. She didn't cry which is a little out of character of her with strangers. It was so adorable. Abbie definately BELIEVES!

I didn't let the grandkids capatilize all of his time - because I BELIEVE too!!

Next the Grandkids preformed the Nativity. Abigail was the star of the show - literaly. We had practiced with her all week and she was so ready for her part but she was so tired and was sleeping when the nativity started. However, as soon as we put on her costume she woke right up and was all smiles. She stole the show!!!
