Well, I don't think T-ball is Abbie's sport at least not right now. She enjoyed the first game getting a new shirt and hat but as the season continued it was pulling teeth to get her to go and participate. My favorite game was when as the catcher she laid down in the dirt and proceeded to pick up handfuls of dirt to cover herself. Then at the end of the same game, when the coach said lets give a cheer she ran over to the opposing team and cheered with them. At lest you were entertaining to the parents!
Another funny moment
Well, she's cute even if she isn't into the game! The video is priceless. This morning I watched Mark's T-ball game. He and the 2nd baseman found something very interesting in the dirt and spent the inning examining and stompping on it - but their mits were on the base :-)
ReplyDeleteWe're trying soccer this summer and so far I've mostly heard complaining about the shinguards feeling funny. We'll see how it goes.
